When I am present, I give my full energy, love, guidance, and heartfelt support to every soul who walks through the doors of Zen Enlightenment.
Sometimes the feminine body gently stops us in our tracks, reminding us to pause and take sacred time to preserve our energy, restore our strength, and return to balance.
I honour the wisdom that reminds me to listen to my mind, my body, and my spirit — and this is one of those moments to rest, restore, and gently refill the cup from which I give.
