Weekend First Aid Course in Merbein!

Learn life saving skills from someone who uses them in a professional capacity responding to emergencies. You will gain nationally recognised certificates HLTAID011 (Provide First Aid), HLTAID010 (Provide basic emergency life support) and HLTAID009 (Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

Fantastic day out at the Merbein Community Day, thanks to the Merbein Development Association for organising the event.

We were overwhelmed with the number of people (especially kids) who wanted to have a go at CPR. Our live feedback from the QCPR app was a hit, showing everyone how effective their CPR is and how to improve it.

Keep an eye out for our open to the public courses that will be starting in November.

Sunraysia CPR, Sunraysia Arts and Learning and Ritchies Merbein are all getting involved in our the Merbein Community Day!

Sunraysia Arts and Learning will be running some musical activities.

Sunraysia CPR will have their Bluetooth connected mannequins to give you live feedback on the quality of your CPR.

Ritchies has organised to have facepainting in store, as well as some special guests throughout the day.

And there is so much more to be announced leading up to October 5th!

During the week we ran an express CPR course for some of the staff at Red Cliffs Primary School after the students had gone home for the day. Then on the weekend, Mallee Sports Assembly Inc. booked us to conduct First Aid training for some of the sporting clubs around Sunraysia. A great initiative from a fantastic community minded organisation. Thanks to Merbein Cricket Club for the use of their facilities on the day.
