👋🏼 Hello from Bella!

“I started placement at FJs during 2015 as an exercise and sport science student and the rest is now history. However last year I returned to university and I’m currently in my second year of studying diagnostic radiography and absolutely love it.

My passion for fitness and sport stems from my childhood and teenage years as I was heavily involved in team sports at both social and representative levels. However whilst studying exercise and sport science I found a passion for assisting sporting teams by becoming a sport trainer.

My favourite thing about working at FJs is the focus we place on our clients, they are our number one priority. I love that we can help them be the best and healthiest versions of themselves in an environment that is supportive, safe and full of energy.

In my spare time I love Pilates, going out for brunch, being in the outdoors and exploring new places.

I love what we do here at FJs and am so excited to work with you on your health and fitness goals!”
