How often should you have a massage?

For pain relief
Leave at least 3 days between massage to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are best until the pain subsided.

For relief of knots.
Weekly is advised for at least 4 weeks to fully work out the knots, and thereafter monthly sessions to prevent them from reoccurring.

For relaxation.
As often as you like and can afford!! Weekly, Monthly or longer- prevention is better then cure so for maximum benefits booking a regular slot is recommended.
