315 Calories ✅

Mug Muffin
- 1 whole egg
- 40g GF Oats
- 100g ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together well in a large mug. Microwave for approx 2 min or until the mixture pulls away from the mug. Serve with your favourite toppings!

chocolate, granola, butter, sprinkles, and a whole lot of love.

Method:
Line your tray with sprinkles. Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Add the granola. Addthe mix to the tray and refrigerate.
