We believe in the WHO Definition of health: ‘A state of complete physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellbeing and not merely an absence of disease or infirmity’

I'm really pleased to be offering Peace Within - relaxation, meditation and mindfulness program this year at the Private Sea Wellness Centre.

Over 6 sessions we will practice various meditation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to enhance physical wellbeing, peace of mind and happiness.

There will be an opportunity to pair this with float, massage or energy healing sessions, to share lunch afterwards and continue the life enhancing discussion and to do a session in the salt rooms to support healthy airways and relaxation.

I really can't wait to get started! These tools helped me heal from back pain, improve my communication and relationships and learn to truly accept and love myself and approach life with more presence, engagement and calm.

I love seeing the transformation in people's lives and wellbeing as they develop their practice.

YES!!!

This is the missing link with all the patients who don't seem to get better despite doing all the right things in a physical sense.

It is what I have found to be true on my own healing journeys.

This is why gratitude and mindfulness is so powerful.

Stop seeking. Be satisfied, be content, trust that life supports you.

This is a practice! Our culture gives us the opposite messages - competition, seeking, consumerism, so we need to balance out these messages (even when we think we don't buy into these things, they're built in to the way we've been raised in the West)
