Holding space, in this space, for a long while now.

But a new path has emerged, one where I am hoping to work more deeply with those who need.

For everyone else, you are ready to continue this work without me, you’ve totally got this. Trust, as I trust in you.

Thank you to every single person who has shared a conscious breath in collective presence.

Thank you to the practice. I would not be brave enough to take this new direction without decades of being held by ancient wisdom.

Strength and Stillness through Yoga

HappyFit is a wholistic approach to living mindfully. We practice strength and stillness through Yoga, presence through breath and wholesome living through food. We offer life experience and tools to support your mental health and wellness.

Alicia’s passion is working with Women at all stages of life, particularly through pregnancy and Motherhood. With the correct preparation and mindset, no matter how your pregnancy and birth go, you can be in a place of acceptance and contentment.

“Our babies have their own little plan and our first job as mothers is to go with the flow.”

At HappyFit we run our Prenatal Yoga in blocks of 3 weeks to allow for the comings and going’s of Mama’s to be. Over the 3 weeks of classes we meet on Saturday/Thursday mornings to experience a Yoga class as well as covering techniques to assist in natural birthing. This is also a wonderful opportunity to be surrounded by like minded Women at a similar life stage. We also run Mama’s Yoga for when you have had your precious one and would like to get back into moving mindfully. These are run Wednesday’s 9:30-10:45am in Burleigh park.
