When I became a personal trainer, nutritionist & hijama therapist, my vision was simple — to help my community achieve optimal health, something far too uncommon today. I started doing cupping for free from home, unsure if anyone would even be interested.

Over time, I’ve been invited to different cities to serve their communities, and through it all, I’ve met so many amazing people who share the same goal: living healthier, stronger, and better.
