He doesn't read scans. He doesn't operate the CT machine. He has zero medical qualifications. But he's been in more arms than any staff member at the clinic.

What's your role at Axis Imaging?
Hasan: I'm the Operations Manager. I try to make the clinic run as efficiently as possible - reducing wait times, making sure phones are answered, and enabling our team with the technology and systems to continuously improve the experience of our patients.

What's your favourite part of the job?
Hasan: The people I get to work with and learn alongside. I have the opportunity to help our team grow in their individual areas - and it's incredibly fulfilling to see them be passionate about their jobs.

What's your coffee order?
Hasan: Long black.

What's a fact people might not know about you?
Hasan: By the time I was 13 years old I had lived in five countries and seven cities. I also have three passports.

How do you reset after work?
Hasan: I like to read and spend time with my wife.

Ray: I'm the Chief Morale Officer. I sit on the front desk, greet patients, and make sure everyone feels welcome.

What's your favourite part of the job?
Ray: Being handed around the clinic. I've been in the ultrasound room, the waiting area, I even get to go home with some of the patients! I go where I'm needed.

What's your coffee order?
Ray: I don't drink coffee, but I've been told I pair well with a chai latte. Ask Albana.

What's a fact people might not know about you?
Ray: I'm a marsupial, so technically I have a built-in pocket. Ideal for carrying referrals.

How do you reset after work?
Ray: I bounce back!
