Hello Saturday

Oh what a few months off as I went back into the work force! And had to found that work family balance again with a fifo hubby !

But iam back :)
what would you like to see more off and for me to share with yous i would love to hear your feedbacks !!!

I've still been doing access bars as it gives me ease and peace with my stress levels I battle with but on a inner healing working with an amazing nutrition mindset coach!

Something we all do without knowing what could ththis open up in your world?

Anything you are defending in your life you have to put yourself behind a wall and shoot anyone who comes in and could change that point of view that you are defending.

Welcome to the Toole of the Week: What Are You Defending?

What’s really bizarre is that we tend to defend our limited points of view about ourselves and avoid our greatness.

We began a journey last week looking at where we avoid aspects of our life and living, and this week we’re introducing you to the partner in crime avoidance: defending.

These two aspects of defending and avoiding are so potent, that we even added them to the clearing statement!

During Global Foundation and Choice of Possibilities in Mexico, almost every facilitation was able to shift as soon as we looked at the points of view that were being defended and avoided.

So, whatever you do, don’t play with this week’s tool…..or last week’s….it might totally change your life. 😉

To use this tool, simply ask with any situation that is funky in your world: what points of view am I defending here?

One of the coolest things about playing with questions and energy, is that you don’t HAVE to figure out and define and label what those points of view are.

Simply ask the question in curiosity, allow the energies to come up and blast them out of existence with the clearing statement.

Bing. Bang. Boom.
What if it’s that easy?

Your mind can only define what it already knows.
Let that settle in for a minute.

It can only define what it already knows….which means that anything outside of that it tries to fit it into a box of definition.

While that brain’s computing functions can be awesome for certain realms, like math…it also holds limitations when it comes to creating our lives.
How come?
Well, the universe is infinite.
And, there are infinite possibilities.
Most of which you have never experienced or considered.

So, if you go walking around always attempting to define the world and what is possible, you’re missing out on a huge set of possibilities.

Which leads us to our Tool of the Week!
This week’s tool is a simple question that takes the lid off of what’s possible.

“What else is possible?”

Yep, you read that right, it’s that simple.
With any situation that you’re feeling stuck in, or like it isn’t as great as you’re aware it could be, simply ask this question in true curiosity: “what else is possible?”

And, ask it again and again. Any time you have a point of view or limitation come up, ask it.

You see, we consider a certain set of possibilities with any situation. That’s just what our brain does. It computes and looks at the information and then does its best to guess what could be possible. But, as we said at the beginning of this post, it can only guess based off of what it knows.

When we ask a question in true wonderment, it breaks up the solidity of the conclusions we are operating by.

So, give this tool a try this week!

This has always been my saying and now I always use it with my boy as a reminder to keep going and to move forward in life at school to never give up or never quit always do your best you've got this !
