Overcome with Influenza at the moment, my go to is always my Jewish Chicken Soup and naturopath tinctures which always seem to work.

I bloody can’t stand planks ! I know they are good for us, especially with those core muscles which are non existent in my case.
But as I do these, I am thankful that I get the opportunity to do this, feeling safe in a gym around 90% men in a country where I can walk into a gym and push my body with no fear of anything happening. Rather a plank than being elsewhere in the world at the moment x

There is no feeling more fulfilling at the moment than walking out of the gym having made some me time.
With a list of health issues, a very active household, a full workplace and two adorable dogs, there is simply no option for me not to exercise. I come in and I go out of it as we all do I guess. Then you get blood test after blood test, life gets fuller and fuller and you just realise that this is it. Being inactive no longer has a place in my life. And it’s no longer about motivation and hitting it hard. It’s all about consistency every single day and getting up early though the mind starts to play games and the body wants to stay in bed. So I can spend time on me before anyone else is up and the world starts to get noisy.
