As we prepare to leave next year, I had to put a final date for when I stop massaging (mobile and in studio) so we have time to organise the house and pack.

Over the years you work out what works for you. Every body is different and responds differently.
Overcome with Influenza at the moment, my go to is always my Jewish Chicken Soup and naturopath tinctures which always seem to work.
