We have been providing disability support services for 25+ years and our amazing team of more than 220 staff are dedicated to bringing out the best in our participants. Our services include: Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation; Community Participation; NDIS Support Coordination; Adult & Youth Social Clubs; and Community Activities. Crosslinks went full disco inferno for our 80s-themed staff party at Swan Valley Socials & Events , and yes, it was as fabulous as it sounds.

We boogied, we laughed, and we celebrated the absolute legends who make Crosslinks what it is. And we didn’t just hand out awards… we handed out certificates of glory!

This year at Crosslinks, things got seriously sweet...We hosted our Gingerbread House Competition!

Each of our SIL houses got their very own mega gingerbread mansion to decorate, whilst individual participants could also got their hands sticky, with adorable mini builds in our festive gingerbread workshop.

🏆 Drumroll, please! A massive congrats to Bassendean and Rivervale SIL Houses, and individual champs Karina and James, your creations were absolute crumb-believable!

We announced the winners at our annual Pizza Party, because nothing says “festive season” like gingerbread followed by three slices of margherita.

Caversham Community Centre was bursting with smiles, laughter and… 80+ incredible humans all coming together to celebrate the Annual Crosslinks Pizza Party!

There were slices flying, tunes pumping, and even a cheeky ice cream van that rolled up just in time for dessert. 🍕

But here’s the real magic: seeing participants, families, carers and staff all in one place, connecting, celebrating, and being part of something special.

Because at Crosslinks, we don’t just do support, we do community. And if it comes with double cheese and a choc top? Even better.

After years of bringing wisdom and warmth to our boardroom… we’ve officially farewelled the fabulous Kaye Donec. 💐

With three decades of experience as a physiotherapist and the deeply personal perspective of a mum whose adult child is supported through Crosslinks, Kaye helped guide us in the most human way possible. She reminded us that real inclusion means keeping participants and their loved ones at the heart of every decision we make. 💛

Whether it was championing the voices of families, carers or participants, Kaye’s superpower has been making sure real people were always at the centre of every Crosslinks conversation. She kept us grounded, focused and always inclusive. 🙌

Kaye, thank you for your unwavering dedication. You’ve made a difference that will be felt for years to come. 🌟

Our Bassendean SIL crew turned into a team of festive interior decorators last night, transforming the house into a full-blown Christmas wonderland. It was glitter, giggles, and good vibes all the way.

Even Mariah Carey made an appearance (well, vocally).

Big hair, bold moves, and even bolder 80s fashion, Crosslinks hit the streets for !

With leg warmers on point and our 'Stand by Me' club mix on blast, we danced our hearts out alongside 6,000+ legends. It was like the best kind of flashback… only with more glitter.

But we didn’t just show up to strut, we showed up to stand (and shimmy) with the people we support, our rockstar team, and the incredible service providers we call friends. Rise, Anglicare WA, Pride WA.

Because at Crosslinks, support means belonging, community, and looking fabulous while doing it.

P.S. If anyone found our glitter trail… we’re not sorry.
