Hatha Yoga 🌿

Our Hatha practice is where everything slows down.
Here we find space to breathe, to move with intention, and to reconnect with ourselves.

Each class is a balance of strength and softness.
We pause.
We notice.
We let the body guide us instead of rushing through the motions.

For many, Hatha becomes a grounding mid-week reset.
A way to return to balance, calm the mind, and build steady, mindful strength.

Ever had a ‘well, there goes my practice’ moment?

For example: Sometimes, when someone moves or packs up before class has fully ended, irritation ripples through the room.
The mind jumps straight to judgment.
“Why would they ruin this moment?”

You can stay in your Savasana daze for as long as you like.
Soak up every moment of stillness.
But be patient, others might need to leave a little earlier.

Maybe they have somewhere to be.
Maybe they’re picking someone up.
Maybe today, this was all the time they had to give.

It’s only a problem if we decide it is.

The moment we let that thought go, peace returns.
Nothing changes.
Except how we see it.

Our minds love to make problems out of things that don’t really matter.
That’s the practice: noticing it, and choosing not to waste energy on what’s not worth it.
