What is Plan Management? NDIS Plan Management is the best of both worlds. Plan Management provides you with choice and control. You have choice over the services you purchase, who provides them, and be able to negotiate how much you pay for them. You have control over when and how those services are delivered. You are in the driver’s seat. We will manage all of your invoice payments and portal interaction freeing up your time on paperwork and taking the stress out of NDIS for you. You are entitled to use a plan manager as it is completely your choice on how you would like your NDIS finances managed. Our fees are fully paid on your behalf directly by the NDIA. Your LAC or NDIS Planner will include additional funding under CB Improved Life Choices in your plan so it will not reduce your budget in any way. You only get this funding additionally if you choose Plan Management. Unlike other NDIS funding, you do not have to align plan management with a goal, you just have to ask for it. Each month you will be provided with a statement outlining all support claims, payments and budget balances so you are fully aware of the financial information regarding your NDIS plan. You can request to have your budget plan managed either at your initial NDIS planning or plan review meeting with your LAC or NDIS Planner, you can make the request to your Support Coordinator or you can also call the NDIA and make the request direct with them at any time.
