Core stability isn’t about crunches. It’s about your ability to control your spine under load.
When you do this properly, you’re training:
– Deep core (not just surface abs)
– Breath + pressure control
– Pelvic floor
– Spinal movement under load
Which carries over into everything. Your lifts. Your posture. Your ability to move pain-free.
