MEET THE TEAM - Ash Parfrey
Hi, I’m Ash.
I’m a coach, a personal trainer and mum of two busy little boys.
I take a strength-first approach to training and believe in staying strong while also staying mobile. I focus on helping people find a sustainable fitness routine that complements their life and allows them to keep doing the things they enjoy.
I started out as a group fitness instructor running women’s outdoor boot camps, which eventually led to opening my own studio to create a space where women could feel empowered through training and supported to build strength and confidence.
After having my boys, my career shifted in many ways as I explored different paths, but I always found my way back to my passion for coaching and helping women feel strong again.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 9 years and am so grateful for the connections and sense of purpose it has brought me. I look forward to supporting you on your fitness and health journey.
