Did you know there is actually some science supporting the benefits of hot yoga? Movement in the hot room has many benefits on health and whilst we know it, we find that people start to feel these benefits after practicing 1-2 sessions a week ongoing.

Movement in the hot room also supports heat adaptation, meaning your body is more adapted to heat, whilst the hot room is not the same heat as Mildura, it sure does make it easier to get through Mildura summer when we continue our practice throughout the seasons.

Most people don’t actually train their core… they just train their abs.

Core stability isn’t about crunches. It’s about your ability to control your spine under load.

When you do this properly, you’re training:
– Deep core (not just surface abs)
– Breath + pressure control
– Pelvic floor
– Spinal movement under load

Which carries over into everything. Your lifts. Your posture. Your ability to move pain-free.
