Greetings my soul community 🤍

⭐️ Just a little note to let you know the shop won’t be open this Saturday for our usual soulful energy exchange. ⭐️

I’m taking a few days to step away and breathe. Some time in nature, a bit of exploring, grounding myself again and creating space for reflection, inspiration and introspection. 🔮📿🌱☀️

This weekend also marks the anniversary of my mum’s passing 🙏🏼✨
So it feels like the right time to slow down and honour her quietly in my own way. 🤍

Life moves quickly and sometimes we need to pause, reconnect and refill our cup. ✨🙏🏼☀️

I’m looking forward to seeing you all again once I’m back, feeling refreshed and centred. ☮️

Sometimes the smallest changes in the home make the biggest difference.
Celtic sea salt has become the only salt we use.

✨Chosen for its simplicity, traditional harvesting methods, and unrefined nature, it remains free from additives and retains naturally occurring trace minerals such as magnesium, potassium, and calcium.

✨Many people are drawn to unrefined salts for their clean, natural taste and the feeling of returning to something less processed. It is one of those understated pantry essentials you reach for daily once it becomes part of your kitchen.

🤍 A simple tip: Add a very small pinch (just a few grains) to a full bottle of water if you choose. Some people include unrefined salt as part of their hydration routine, particularly after warmth, movement, or long days. You should never be able to strongly taste it.

🤍 In the kitchen: Sprinkle lightly over meals just before serving. The flavour is often described as softer than refined salt, allowing the natural taste of food to come through beautifully.
