Urinary Bladder Meridian 💧
This meridian runs down the back of the body and is all about letting go—of stress, tension, fear, and emotional baggage.
✨ When it’s balanced, we feel:
Calm + clear-headed
Well-rested
Able to release what we don’t need (physically + emotionally)
Grounded in ourselves
😵💫 When it’s out of balance, we might feel:
Tense, especially in the neck, shoulders, or lower back
Restless, anxious, or stuck in fear
Overwhelmed or burned out
Trouble sleeping or letting go of things
