This approach can also be used to help clients, carers and family members get the best out of the services I provide. So, what is a person-centred approach you may ask? Let me tell you.
- A person-centred approach is an approach to human relationships that values the person as an individual and respects their choices, needs, and wishes. It involves seeing the person first and not the label, and providing a service that is relevant and tailored to the person. It also involves listening, thinking together, coaching, sharing ideas, and seeking feedback with the person.

Hi, my names Elizabeth, but everyone calls me Lizz. I’m the Co Founder and Sole Operator of Well Cared For.

I’m a single mum of three beautiful children, 2 of which have special needs.

After studying my Diploma of Community Services I wanted to find a fulfilling and rewarding job. My experience first started by becoming a Community Support Worker for Mildura Rural City Council working in the Aged and Disability sector. I than moved on become an Education Support Worker for various Mildura Primary Schools. In the midst of these amazing positions i also held my 10 position as a Swim Instructor at Mildura Waves.

After working for many organisations I decided it was time to venture my own journey and start my own business. Since doing so I have met so many wonderful new clients and am always on the look out for new people to be able to help care for.

I live on a small rural property filled with animals from sheep to goats, chickens to turkeys, peacocks and gala's, and my favourite—Esmeralda the Emu.

I pride myself on giving the best care possible to my clients. I am professional, reliable, and love making my clients laugh.
