At Everhaven, I offer more than just a massage — I hold space for your nervous system to soften, your body to unwind, and your energy to reset.

I am certified in Relaxation Massage, and every session includes thoughtful touches like foot reflexology and scalp massage — because true relaxation is in the details.

No two bodies are the same, so your session can be customised. If your body needs extra support, we can incorporate:
• Gentle lymphatic massage
• And, when you choose an Energy Alchemy upgrade, deeper energetic support including chakra clearing

Energy Alchemy sessions already include modalities such as Sacred Activations and Ancestral Clearing as needed — guided intuitively and only where your system is ready.

Some people come for sore shoulders.
Some come for stress relief.
Some don’t even know what they need — they just know they need to exhale.

That’s what I’m here for.
Everhaven is a space where you’re allowed to soften.

I could talk about values.💜
I could explain the difference between scripted services and soul work.

But honestly? I'd rather let the people I’ve walked beside do the talking.

If there is one pearl of wisdom I can impart with you this week, it is this: ✨️Go to yoga.✨️

Last Saturday, I woke up with THE WORST lower back pain. So bad it took me 5 business days to pick up the phone I dropped on the floor 😂

Used my magnesium cream, did gentle stretches throughout the day, and by Sunday it was... manageable. I could pick things up off the floor again, but there was still a bit of a ni**le.

Went to yoga class today, and I kid you not — just the first gentle stretch with the block made me emotional, and I couldn’t even tell you why. I just followed the movements as best as I could.

By the end of the class? No clicks in the back. I could pick up anything off the floor in one second flat 😳

Yoga meets you where you are.

No pushing. No rush.

And I promise you — if you stop making excuses not to go, your body will thank you for it.
