Up to 80% of IBS cases are believed to involve SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth).
SIBO occurs when bacteria that should live mainly in the large intestine overgrow in the small intestine. This can cause classic IBS symptoms like bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and food sensitivities.
How colonics may support SIBO:
• Help reduce toxic build-up and stagnant waste in the large intestine
• Support healthy bowel motility (constipation is a big SIBO trigger)
• Reduce pressure and fermentation in the colon
• Encourage better gut environment and elimination pathways
Remember to always go with your Gut Instinct.
