I've been jumping out of my skin wanting to announce this!!

I'm thrilled to be collaborating with my dear friend and Forest Therapy Guide, Leesa Nash Flow Forest Therapy, and we've created something very special for you, which we're launching December 12th!

Join Catherine Marty and Leesa Nash for a unique fusion of forest therapy and plant music that deepens your connection with nature through mindful exploration and sound. Catherine combines ecotherapy and plant-based sound healing, while Leesa guides sensory and creative practices grounded in nature’s rhythms — together offering a restorative experience that nurtures calm, awareness, and well-being.

This inaugural offering will take place in the hours leading up to sunset, where we can experience the beautiful Warburton Redwoods as they are bathed in golden shades of twilight. As the birds share their final calls of the day and the forest is filled with the cicada's song, we'll conclude our session as darkness falls.

The session includes:
- Slow guided sensory walk along the trail with Leesa (Forest Therapy),
- Sound healing and plant communication with Catherine (Ecotherapy & plant music),
- Closing tea ceremony amongst the trees.

This is the very first time we are opening this special collaboration to the public, so we are offering tickets at the discounted price of $60 per person. Ensure to carve out some time for you during the silly season to experience an evening of calm and restorative practices and return to the world recharged and truly rested.

Celebrations are on throughout Warburton as well as in the City, so please list any events that are local to your area below.

Some people don't celebrate Halloween, and that's cool too, so when people are out trick or treating, decorating their homes and gardens, keep respectful, and if you have kids, please make sure that you go with them, as safety in all ways is essential when door knocking or even crossing the road.

Hi Earth Angels!

Been doing a little 'Kitchen Witching' this afternoon.
I grow my own White Sage and other beautiful blooms and herbs to create my own clearing aids. I'm now working on the sage sticks in the dehydrator, when they're 'just about done' I'll be hanging them in the pantry for about a month before they'll be ready. If you're after a House Cleansing/Clearing, please DM me for more information.

Hi Earth Angels,

Practicing finding the joy in the little things in life can be hard at times. Savouring that perfect coffee, marveling at the glory of a new dawn, a 'good morning' from a stranger, a ladybug on a leaf, or the joy of seeing your vegie garden finally producing (in my case lol). Remember that the past is just that, live in the moment, the present, and keep a gratitude journal. When you're walking, try to start looking up at the world rather than down at your feet (it's great for your posture, but also you may notice amazing acts of kindness around you). Finding your inner child and the joy of life is a bit of a 'rewind' back to when you felt your happiness... remember happiness comes from 'within' yourself first. Depending solely on another person for your complete happiness can become toxic and short lived. Remember to stay your own individual self as that is what is the attraction to you from friends and loved ones. Being ones authentic self is hard as life pulls us in different directions, but know that if we are not learning from our experiences, we are not truly living
