Milton Exercise physiology clinic run by AEP Neil Eden and his partner Cat. Owners since March 2022 Healthfit is an exercise physiology clinic in Milton.

Helping people build their confidence and self belief through exercise without limitation. Our services are available for people of all ages who require assistance with acute and chronic conditions or injuries

At Healthfit we see clients of all ages and are able to make our treatments individual to anyone's needs and abilities.

Taylor has ongoing check ins every 2 months, as she is a self managed client who is achieving her goals.

Kerry spent 4 months in hospital and at home under instructions to bed rest with not much hope given for a good quality of life.
Over the last month we have been able to begin consistent rehab with myself and the support workers.
It shows even at an individuals worst physical conditioning you should never give up and exercise is such a powerful tool.
This is why I love what I do.

Michael (90), is working on ambulating with a side step movement to simulate getting in to a chair and small spaces when using his walker is not an option.

If you have a partner, relative or friend who would benefit from exercise physiology, aged care packages and GP referrals allow you to use this service.

The Barbell club has been running throughout 2025 and to celebrate, we finished strong with an adapted powerlifting comp to test how far each member has come.

The members range from ages 64 to 77 with goals of building strength and muscle to combat Osteoporosis. Parkinsons, chronic pain and a recent double hip replacement.

The comp included building up to a 1RM (1 Rep max) of three lifts which included a safety bar box squats, Incline Bench press and a Barbell Deadlift.

The results were as follows (Weight show is a total of all three lifts)

A: 146kg 1.87 x BW (Bodyweight)

H: 135kg 1.85 x BW

J: 268kg 2.23 x BW

K 168kg 2.55 x BW

ST:193kh 2.75 x BW

SU: 125kg 1.73 x BW

Amazing results all round with some members lifting more than their bodyweight in either a squat or a deadlift 💪🏻

Looking to use a small gym where you will pretty much have the space all to yourself?

We are based on Milton and are offering use of our clinic outside of appointment hours. It's also open for use over the holidays.

As we are an exercise physiology clinic, exercise is what we specialize in, so the clinic is fully stocked with equipment that we can write you a program to use to make the most of, to work towards your goals.

It is only available for a small number of people so you will never be waiting for equipment to use.

We have a couple of spots open up for our Stability and Strength class. It's currently attended by a welcoming group of people so any new attendees will fit right in.

WHEN: Wednesday @ 10am & Friday @ 9am

FOR: For those suffering with age related conditions such as risk of falls, loss of independence, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, sarcopenia and frailty

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Small group focusing on dynamic balance to help daily ambulation as well as strength training to help with balance and to perform tasks of daily living.
