Milton Osteopathic Clinic was the vision of two Osteopaths, from opposite sides of the world, whose paths crossed here in Milton.

Alison and Craig really care about your health, the environment and enabling people to live their lives to the fullest. Both Alison and Craig have been in clinical practice for over 15 years combined. They each bring their own unique approach and skill set to their work. They share a strong belief in working together to meet the individual needs and goals of their patients. A holistic based tailored program is created for each patient that comes through our doors.

Since opening its doors in 2013, Milton Osteopathic Clinic has grown to include a naturopath and remedial massage therapist providing a holistic approach to wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Our greatest joy is in seeing our patients’ lives transform through the healing power of traditional, hands-on techniques and natural medicine.

With each individual we aim to create a specific, tailored program that meets their own individual needs, ranging from acute to chronic injuries and preventative rehabilitation methods. Through applying our combined knowledge we will provide a diagnoses, hands-on manual therapy, and lifestyle advice. Our aim is to inspire long-term change and self management. We will work with you to create lifestyle changes related to diet, sleep, stress, movement and exercise. We treat everyone from all walks of life, newborns to senior, athletes to labourers.

Welcome to Morag Gunn who will be offering Shiatsu massage to our patients. Shiatsu is a Japanese form of therapeutic bodywork based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Translated literally Shiatsu means finger pressure. Bodyweight, pressure and stretching along the meridians (energy channels) of the body moves blood and ki (energy), releases stagnation and strengthens the body to heal. It is deeply relaxing, stimulates circulation, relieves tension, fatigue and stiffness.
