As temperatures rise and heat warnings are in effect, it’s crucial to look out for ourselves and those around us. Here are some tips to keep everyone safe and healthy:

☀️☀️Limit Outdoor Activities. Try to stay indoors during peak heat hours, and if you must go out, take frequent breaks in the shade.
🌞Check on Loved Ones. Reach out to neighbors, elderly family members, or anyone who might need assistance. A quick call can make a big difference!
