Passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment? Then this could be the role for you!

This role is part of our key service function and the face to our internal and external customers. You will be a key point of contact ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. This support will start from the customer placing the order, through to the delivery of their finished goods, in full and on time.

Key Attributes

- Proven experience handling key/major accounts (essential)

- You will be energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and success.

- Highly organised with the ability to 'multi-task' and commitment to 'get things done'.

- The ability to communicate and listen to clients, attending to their questions with strong problem-solving skills and be solutions focused.

- Generate daily, weekly or monthly reports as required.

- Intermediate Microsoft application skills i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Experience using an MRP / ERP system, ideally Microsoft Navision.

- Experience in a similar role is essential – Please note this is not a ‘call centre’ role.

We are seeking an experienced permanent IT Business Partner to provide effective systems maintenance and enhancement activities.

Key responsibilities of your role include:
- Service desk IT support
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Configure and deploy workstations/laptops/tablets across our sites

To be successful in this role you must have:
- Tertiary qualification in a business/information systems area or equivalent work experience
- Systems administration - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, O365, Windows Server (MCSA or equivalent knowledge)
- Exposure to working with Networking technologies like firewalls and switches (switching, routing, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN)
