We have made the difficult decision to close Emerald Mill Designs.
In a world of working full time, managing our little family and a very saturated market, our business of passion has become the one thing we can’t juggle anymore. And we don’t want to half arse precious pieces.

We are extremely thankful for all the support we received over our short existence, and also acknowledge that, in what has become a VERY competitive field since we opened in 2020, we are lucky to still be chosen by so many loyal clients.

If you have orders in with us we will be finishing these off and posting them to you ASAP.

A final request from EMD.
DO: continue to support small business where you can.
DONT: make public requests for ‘cheap’ personalised items. These items take many hours to create for you, often with little to no profit margin.

A quick reminder about postage items.
Unfortunately a particular postal carrier (who shall remain nameless) has a habit of being a touch slow and/or on the odd occasion they will lose an item in transit.

Due to an increase in ‘lost’ items, we are no longer willing or able to replace items that were not posted with a tracking request. All of our items are posted untracked to keep postage affordable for you, unless otherwise requested - which we highly recommend to avoid disappointment or offence when we tell you that your item cannot be replaced for free.
Please keep this in mind for further purchases.

To those who bought items during our fundraiser on Thursday, THANK YOU!
We raised $200 for Phoenix Animal Rescue Horsham Ltd who were really appreciative of our donation.
Thanks again to everyone who took part. Items will be posted out Monday morning.

We want to do a shoutout and thank you to Emerald Mill Designs who did a fundraiser earlier in the week to donate the sales to a local animal rescue.

We are certainly thankful they chose Phoenix Animal Rescue Horsham as the recipients for the donation of $200 raised.

Every dollar counts and this $200 will certainly help us purchase more food for our animals in care.
