10 DAYS TO GO! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃‍♂️🔥
Next Thursday, Emma and Nick are taking on an absolutely epic challenge – running 600+ kilometres to raise funds and awareness for university student mental health. Yes… 600km. On purpose. 😅
We are SO proud to be backing these legends. Not only are we their official on-call Physios, but we’re also turning the clinic into hype headquarters next week with a Bake Sale running Monday–Wednesday!
Pop into the clinic, grab a sweet treat, and help us cheer them on as they prepare for this huge adventure. Every dollar raised will be matched by Shire Physio, doubling the impact.
All funds will go directly to supporting young people through the incredible work of headspace and Lifeline.
Let’s rally behind Emma and Nick and show them just how powerful community support can be 💛

Introducing Jeremy!

New addition to the Shire Physio team, Jeremy’s passion for musculoskeletal rehabilitation is deeply rooted in his love for sport. Having competed at a national level in tennis, he continues to play the sport competitively. This personal experience informs his professional approach, allowing him to understand the physical demands of athletes and tailor rehabilitation strategies accordingly.
