My Philosophy
Everyone has a different story and has traveled a different journey, so it is no wonder when it comes to wellness, we need personalised care. We should be treated with interventions that provoke the least harm and encourage the body’s innate ability to heal and that is why I love the power behind using food as medicine and supporting this with herbal medicine and nutritional supplementation.
It is so important as a Naturopath to look at the person as a whole, take in a full detailed health history, look at all of the supporting pathology and put all the pieces of a puzzle together to find the root cause of unwell. The patient should then be guided to gradual changes to ensure the healing is supported towards a new life of improved health through nourishing foods, improved mindfulness and meaningful movement. Wellness needs to become a series of new habits and as your Naturopath I will guide you to take the steps for a lasting change.
