Hi šŸ‘‹šŸ¼ Make some room for me on your feed again—I’m back after a long hiatus!

Life has been full and exciting as I’ve been juggling mum life, working with nutrition clients, and diving into new studies. I’m now celebrating my recent graduation as a kindergarten teacher!

That’s right—my feed may have been quiet since welcoming our youngest, Riley, but behind the scenes, I’ve been earning a post-grad diploma in early years education. I’m thrilled to be starting in a kindergarten two days a week while also sharing what I love most—helping families thrive! (Appointments will be available soon.)

My mission is to make healthy living approachable and achievable for busy families. You can expect plenty of lunchbox inspiration, grocery swaps, easy weeknight meal ideas, and lunches for work and busy parents. Plus, I’ll share simple tips and tricks to make family life healthier and happier. Let’s do this together!

So when I bought this top from for my photoshoot with , I didn’t realise was a maternity label! šŸ˜‚ Turns out I really got bang for my buck as I’m now 27 weeks pregnant (my belly is much bigger than this photo) and the top is still my fav!
I will be taking a short break over Christmas from the 22nd Dec - 6th of Jan then will resume the new year with 1:1 client appointments and some wonderful group programs before going on maternity leave at the beginning of March!

Chia seeds are a great source of insoluble fibre, omega 3 and protein. Each of those elements have tremendous benefits, and combined they are great at regulating appetite, meaning you will stay fuller for longer.
Chia puddings are fun and creative. There’s no right or wrong, as long as you get the liquid to seed ratio correct, you can experiment with all sorts of flavours, fruits, and spices. Chia pudding can be a fulfilling breakfast, healthy snack or even enjoyed as a dessert.
