At Essential Nursing, emergency preparedness isn't something we scramble for when a weather event is announced. It's built into how we operate every single day.

Here's what that looks like in our homes right now:
✅ Individual emergency evacuation plans in place for every participant, including Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) tailored to each person's mobility and support needs
✅ Trained staff who know exactly what to do and when to do it
✅ Clear communication protocols so families are kept informed throughout any emergency
✅ Contingency plans for power outages, evacuation scenarios, and service continuity
✅ Coordination with emergency services and local authorities
