💙💚 Over time, I’ve found myself reflecting more and more on the language we use in personal growth… Words like alignment, authenticity, healing, regulation…

We hear them often, and they sound meaningful but sometimes they don’t always translate easily into real life. The jargon, sometimes creating distance rather than connection.

So I’ve put together a simple guide that gently brings some of this language back to something more grounded and relatable.

Nothing complicated… keeping it real and just making sense of it in everyday life.
