I'm sorry for not posting. Our family had big changes last year and I am no longer offering services in the Dubbo area. We have moved back east and I have not started up my service here yet.

Our gentle core exercise classes are suitable for both pregnant and post natal mums. There are times when our youngest participants like to join in and really show us how to plank🤩.

⏰Mondays 10.30am and 5.30pm.

Things have been rather crazy for me these last 4 months and my doula stuff has been suffering.😔 But that is about to change. I have cleared my calendar to make more time for mum's to be and looking forward to seeing more women being empowered by the birth of their beautiful baby's.🥰
Does anyone else struggle with a full calendar? It can be so hard to keep it clear some weeks.🤦‍♀️
