As lockdown has been expanded to include our Southern Highlands clients, lockdown emotions are at an all-time high for some families.

Itβs ok to be sad, Itβs ok to be angry, you are allowed to feel all your emotions.
Follow these 4 quick tips on managing covid-19 lockdown stress:
βοΈ Get at least 10 minutes in the sun every day. Vitamin D can improve how we feel.
πββοΈ Move! Our body was made to move, so to release energy in a positive way; walk, run, dance, jump, skip.
π¨ Get creative. Colour in, draw, paint, play music. Creativity can help calm our brain; and ground our thoughts.
π€ΈββοΈ Be silly! Get out the dressups, play board games, act like a clown. Laugh! This can help to improve mood and reduce stress.
