My journey as a health practitioner began over 20 years ago as a Yoga teacher and organically evolved to practising as a Remedial Massage therapist. In 2006, I completed a bachelor degree in Naturopathy at the University of Western Sydney and in 2007 a Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy at UWS. After working as a Naturopath at Pure Botanicals in Sydney, I escaped the city life to live in the beautiful Southern Highlands. My practice has continued to grow and in 2013 I created The Naturopathic Cooking School to show clients how easy it can be to eat healthy, nutritious food. My approach is comprehensive, effectively treating your symptoms and addressing underlying causes. I use high quality herbal medicines and nutritional supplements, massage therapy, food education, diet and lifestyle recommendations, for the best natural treatment. As a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA) I am dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism. I regularly attend professional seminars and stay up to date with the ever evolving world of natural medicine.
