The chiropractors at Southern Region Chiropractic are caring, highly qualified, experienced professionals. We are committed to providing high quality, individualised musculoskeletal chiropractic care in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for our patients. We do this by using all available research and evidenced based guidelines. Traditionally chiropractic has mainly consisted of spinal manipulation or adjustment. This type of therapy may be very helpful for many conditions however it is not a ''cure all'' and is in fact not appropriate in some situations. While our clinic focuses upon skilled spinal manipulation where indicated we also provide a wide variety of other treatment methods including trigger point therapy, dry needling, sacro-occipital technique, cranial work, Active Release Technique, rehabilitation and exercise therapy. We provide individualised care designed to address the cause of your problem, manage the symptoms and help you feel better as soon as possible.

☀️Things are looking a little brighter in NSW today☀️

As restrictions are eased and things start reopening everything remains much the same here at Southern Region Chiropractic.

When you come in for your appointment we need you to:

☑️ Check in using the Service NSW QR code
☑️ Call the clinic to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or you are a close contact of a COVID-19 case.

⭐️ Introducing Annie Young ⭐️

We're thrilled to announce that we will have another chiropractor joining us. Starting this Friday September 10th, Annie will be working on Fridays 1pm-7pm and Saturdays 2pm-6pm.

Annie will be a great asset to the clinic. She uses a variety of techniques including manipulation, mobilisation, dry needling and rehabilitation. In addition to her work in the clinic Annie also works as a researcher and she teaches chiropractic skills and diagnostic imaging at Macquarie University.

As a chiropractor her aim is to understand how your pain is limiting your function and develop management strategies to help reduce pain and improve function.
