Building independence through hands-on skill development.👏🏽

Today individuals worked together to make scones from scratch; following instructions, measuring ingredients and developing important daily living skills in the kitchen. This activity supported confidence, communication, teamwork and the ability to complete multi-step tasks.

We then moved into a fitness session, focusing on coordination, strength and overall wellbeing. Individuals practiced listening skills, turn-taking, and encouraging one another in a supportive group environment.💪🏽
