Do you feel a dull ache or sharp pain along the front of your lower
legs after a run or workout?
You might be dealing with shin splints, also known as medial tibial stress syndrome. If ignored, it can make even walking uncomfortable.
At Moama Osteopathy, our osteopaths work to help ease the
pain and address the underlying causes. Using techniques like
soft tissue therapy and joint mobilisation, we aim to reduce
tension, improve alignment, and promote healing. We’ll also guide
you with tailored advice to keep those shin splints from coming
back.
Call 54800426 today to or look us up online to book your appointment and step into recovery!
