Remedial Massage by Chantelle will be back again at Three Rivers Spiritual and Wellness Expo April 12th 2026!

I am certified in Reflexology with 23 years experience and will be offering 15min sessions on the day so come down and take a load off!

Reflexology is an overall wellness treatment that not only relaxes the mind and body but stimulates blood flow to every area of the body by applying pressure to points on the feet which encourages the body to heal itself.
