Echuca Moama physio, pilates and reception staff were well represented at Friday night’s 45 year reunion for 🩰
Thank you to Kristy, Brianna and the entire crew for putting on a wonderful evening of reminiscing and patchy routine remembering! 😆
It was so lovely to see students and ex-students come together and a special shout out to Mrs Eacott for starting the school 45 years ago! I know the six of us (across a few decades!) are thankful to have had such a fun and nurturing place to learn dance. Something we all still talk about and carry with us in our adulthood ❤️

We are getting bigger!
Stage one of our extension is about to begin…the Pilates studio 🙌
We are temporarily relocating our clinical Pilates/rehab and will also be using this space for SOME (most will continue at Moama) of our physio appointments. This location change will begin MONDAY 15th SEPTEMBER.

(previously Suzy McCleary’s Acupuncture clinic)
Parking at rear or on High St
Payments/claiming available onsite
Entry via rear courtyard or front door

Physio Sean will be assessing today.

Remember our Sports Injury Clinic runs throughout the entire winter sporting season. We run this clinic to help injured sports people to be assessed quickly and professionally, helping them to start the rehabilitation process earlier. We want to alleviate the stress of ringing in Monday morning trying to find an appointment and most of all, we want you back on the court or field as soon as possible!

Sundays 10.30-11.30am.
No appointments. First in, first served.
$30 (PLEASE BRING CASH).

Has your physio given you a home exercise program (HEP)? Are you struggling to remember or motivate yourself to do them daily? Read below for some tips:

ROUTINE - humans are creatures of habit so schedule it in! Put a reminder in your phone and try to make it the same time each day to create a habit.

SPACE - designate a space in your home where you can comfortably exercise and keep any necessary equipment.

WHY - remind yourself of the reason you went to the physio and what they expect the outcome of your HEP to be.

ENJOY - put on some music, a podcast, an episode of your current series! If you’ve got 20 minutes to watch something then you’ve got 20 minutes to multitask with your exercises 😉

BE PATIENT - this is important. Building strength can be slow, it takes dedication and attention to detail. Don’t be disheartened if you don’t feel results in a week. Some injuries take time to respond but remember, your physio knows how to rehabilitate, trust them 😌
