H-L Therapy: Our Services
H-L Therapy is an NDIS and Medicare Provider servicing both, adults and teenagers over 16 years of age in South Australia. We provide psychosocial therapy, skill development activities and therapy reports to support NDIS plan reviews. We assist people in emotional regulation and management of anxiety, habits and chronic health conditions.
We offer a wide range of person centred, services, including: specialised counselling, therapeutic skill development, mindfulness and relaxation therapy, clinical hypnotherapy and artistic exploration. We provide specialised services for NDIS participants that include specifically customised capacity building programs.
H-L services are available in English, Polish and Mandarin in your own home, community settings or online.
