It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Graeme Stanley Jennings, who passed away on Friday, 20th February 2026, with his son Stephen by his side.

Graeme was well known in his earlier years for his success in greyhound training, a passion that brought him great pride and many achievements.

But more than anything, he will be remembered for his humour, his quick wit, and the unforgettable one-liners that only Graeme could deliver. He had a way of lightening the room and leaving people shaking their heads with a smile.

He leaves behind his loving partner Marg, his son Stephen & partner Thea with his cherished granddaughter Stevie and grandson Dallas, his daughter Annelle, and his brothers Russell and Laurie, and sister Karen.

He will be sorely missed by all his family and the many friends whose lives he touched.

Graeme wasn’t just a father, partner, brother or mate, he was one of a kind. His presence, his voice, and his humour will never be forgotten.

At Latrobe Valley Funeral Services, our chapels in Moe, Morwell and Traralgon are thoughtfully designed to provide a warm and dignified space for families to gather and farewell their loved one.

Each chapel offers generous seating capacity to comfortably accommodate friends and family. Our Moe Chapel seats up to 200 guests, Morwell Chapel seats up to 300 guests, and Traralgon Chapel seats up to 170 guests. We understand that many families are supported by large circles of relatives and friends. For this reason, all three locations provide substantial additional standing room in our foyers and catering areas. These spaces are equipped with both live audio and TV screens with direct visual feeds from the chapel, ensuring that every person present can see and hear the service clearly, even when seating within the chapel is at capacity.

Our commitment is to ensure that everyone who wishes to pay their respects can do so in comfort, with a clear connection to the ceremony and a shared sense of togetherness throughout the service.

Over the past three weeks, we have had the privilege of welcoming Lily to our team as she completed her placement with us. Lily is currently in her second year of a three year study in Forensic Science.

During her time with us, she worked closely alongside our mortuary staff, gaining valuable hands on experience while showing the utmost respect and dignity to the loved ones in our care. Lily was genuinely fascinated by the opportunity to work within a funeral home environment, and her maturity and compassion have truly stood out.

We are incredibly proud of Lily and wish her every success in her future achievements. She hopes to pursue a role with the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine, commonly known as the Coroners, once she completes her studies.

The future is certainly in good hands with Lily. She has demonstrated care and professionalism well beyond her years.
