The last few days have been crazy in my house.... our kids are all home and I have been smoking meat .... these are the 3 different meals I made there wasn't alot left over ... but enough for sandwiches for lunches ... and a bit of extra to take camping tomorrow
This is Meal 3
smoked brisket with a Texas chilli rub ... smoked lamb backstrap with a cherry wood rub... using apple wood chips soaked in gentleman's jacks bourbon for 3 days (still damp) and ex whiskey barrel pieces
Crispy roast potato salad with a bacon, mustard and chive dressing (gf)
Lebanese Sauteed greenbeens(gf)
And American style dressing with cranberries, smoked paprika and garlic and beefstock (not a chicken and herb base)
