Some Shredz 4 days out of Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵⭕️ with the boys and 🙌🏼

Crazy how you look back at old photos and finally see what’s there. In the moment you’re so locked in, so focused on flaws and chasing the next level, you don’t even recognise the work you actually put in. Hindsight hits different when you realise you were doing better than you gave yourself credit for.

Teams arrived in Melbourne made weight and all checked in for Nationals, Tans are on and ready to go all with New Levels of Conditioning in just a short week turn around, we lost a few along the way deciding to not do Nationals for various reasons but couldn’t be prouder of the work done by the 3 boys to get here today, let’s finish this 💪🏼🏅

Bathroom Checkins 6wks out of Tokyo, Japan 🇯🇵⭕️

Injuries, Sickness, Infection and more were all thrown at me from this point leaving me not at my best and unsatisfied with what I bought to the stage but we can only control what we can control.

Don’t waste it bring your best every day, push yourself to your limits, you never know when it may be your last chance, no matter what stand on stage being proud of what you’ve achieved! 🙏
