I met Don at my lowest EVER.
At a luncheon, he was sitting at our table and his piercing eyes, I couldn't stop looking at. He starting talking to everyone and I knew he was relating something to me. This started me crying and I didn't stop for the next 2 hours. That tells you how depressed I was.
After this, I had a one on one. Don being an ex police man, he is easy to understand. He also writes everything down and has extremely neat hand writing, so you can relate back to it whenever you want to. It's fantastic.
I needed some extra help, and he recommended another source of enlightenment, so is only concerned for your welfare! Which is really rare these days.
I recommend Don so very highly. Easy going, slow speaking, time friendly, relatable, always there to text or call and cares immensely.

Having experienced major trauma myself, and in the light of recent events we must all learn forgiveness. Holding onto resentment and anger is preventing or even suffocating our spiritual growth. Resentment is one of the most damaging of human emotions! The act of forgiveness in its own right is equally incredibly powerful, and it has a capacity to heal and transform. These past hurts need to be healed. By stepping away from stagnant energy surrounding your hurt helps you move forward giving you a more positive outlook on life. If we can dispel our feelings of hurt and anger, then we will feel more awakened, energised, happier and more connected. Forgiveness is all about choice. It is not just about absolving someone of their actions; it's also about releasing the anguish and torment your soul is having to cope with. Forgiveness requires compassion, insight, kindness and wisdom. Each time we forgive, it enables us to release positive energy toward healthier and more productive endeavours. Every time we forgive, we break the cycle of pain. Forgiveness enables you to be less effected and constrained by the suffering, so you empower yourself to stop feeling like a victim. As the feelings of resentment and hurt begin to fade, your capacity to love, trust and believe all rise to the surface. Then you can get back to loving yourself and vibrate at a higher level. Forgiving is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of pure strength. Stay safe and look after each other. Much love and light Don.

COSGROVE HIGH SCHOOL 1976 LEAVERS.

Hi to all leavers of Class '76. Next year marks the 50th Anniversary of leaving school. I have been asked to arrange and convene a school reunion. I am looking for a small Committee of six (3 men/3 women) to coordinate this event. Currently in tentative talks with Tony Knight who is happy to assist me. Have also spoken to my ex-wife Jane Arnold today who is willing to help out. I am proposing meeting every 6 weeks or so to discuss proposals. Tony is making enquiries to secure the Glenorchy Football Club as the venue for Saturday 21 November 2026. If anyone has a copy of Karina '76 l could borrow l would be most appreciative.
