Unfortunately, due to a down turn in general business due to our current economy, ive temporarily closed my Milton practice on a Tuesday at Stride Physiotherapy. I am working full time as a Rehab consultant for DVA and AFP from Wollongong to Moruya. Apology for any inconvenience caused.

Just goes to show, regardless of your disability, anything is possible when you manage to keep your strength up. His client has MS and most of the time wheelchair bound. I've been training this client in his home for almost 3 years. His son flew him up to Cairns for a few days recently with his carer and my client managed to catch a metre long Baramundie, absolutely amazing and look at his face. Never give up, keep moving, keep strong, keep positive. Exercise IS medicine. !!

I will be starting up for one day a week to begin with on a Tuesday with Cathy at Strive Physio in Milton. A start date is yet to be announced so watch this space.
