〰️ ANNOUNCEMENT 〰️
We built a community here in Mona Vale through Seeds of Consciousness. A place for people to heal themselves, to connect to their truth and to make a difference in people’s lives.
But we were in the beginning when the whole world was invited to stop everything and listen. We respected and we did.
Our premises did not open for one single moment during lockdown. We did everything we could with all the challenges, but now we can’t keep the premises anymore. It was one of the toughest decisions we had to make.
But it was necessary. The doors will never close forever. One closes so another one can open up.
It does not matter how. We will keep fighting, and keep moving, even if we have to restart over and over. We will stand up and fight.
Because we never give up a dream, our mission. Seeds of Consciousness is now closing a chapter. And taking another chapter of rest & renewal to expand & transform when we are ready, in Divine timing. We will come back stronger and better, in another address, or in another format.
Stay tuned. Take this moment for yourself. Listen and respect how the Universe is showing you the signs. Take a deep breath in and stay present. No one knows what’s gonna happen, at any time in life.
That’s the truth. We think we have the control, but we don’t. We know nothing. The Divine knows what’s best for us. Our mission is to align ourselves and listen to that. From the heart. In your way.
Seeds of Consciousness expresses its deepest gratitude for everyone involved in our journey. We bow in deepest reverence. You are the reason why we are alive. THANK YOU.

It’s time to go within. It’s time to turn off your phone and the television. It’s time to acknowledge what is happening inside, not outside. It is time to SLOW DOWN.
How long will it take for you to look at yourself more deeply? And heal what is underneath that anxiety and uncomfortable feelings that you feel sometimes?
How many triggers will it take for you to feel strong enough to deal with your own issues?
There was never in history a better time to do that. We are ALL being invited to HEAL, TOGETHER. To awaken TOGETHER. Because healing starts from INSIDE out. From each one of us.
Healing starts when you FEEL, when you SURRENDER and when you allow your tears flow through your soul and cleanse your heart, when you allow your heart release those emotions you have been holding for so long...
Stop putting projects into your life to run away from what is calling you. FACE IT. I know you can do it. I know you are strong and capable.
FREE YOURSELF. Go to nature and immerse yourself into Mother Earth. Gaia is calling you my friend... hug a tree. Jump into that waterfall. Walk at the beach. Feel the breeze in your face. Meditate at the sunrise. Look to the stars at night.
There’s nothing to worry about... the divine is guiding you and you are always protected by your guides and angels. TRUST your journey. The Master is inside of you. All you have to do is CONNECT to YOU.
So to do this for yourself. Do this for everyone around you. Turn off your phone right now and go within. 🧘🏼✨🦋💗🌿🌻🌙🌈🌎📿🔮🧘🏼‍♂️

🌕 Free & Live - Pink Super Moon Meditation & Distant Healing - Wednesday 8th April at 8:30pm Sydney time 🌕
We will get together LIVE on Instagram (and/or Zoom) on Wednesdays for a meditation and Deeksha Blessings - as a distant healing session - from 8:30pm.
Tonight, in the biggest full moon of the year! Connecting to Father Sky and preparing ourselves to the pink SUPER full moon energy - a Higher Frequency, Unconditional Love & Blessings.
Symbolising REBIRTH, the super moon will drive us to make room for new blessings, such as new habits, new perspective of life, profound relationships and deep connection to ourselves.
It is time to let go of patterns that NO LONGER SERVE US. 💗

My favorite law in biology is emergence. Have you ever seen a group of fish that are in a school that alternate at the same time or flock of birds? There's a sea of coherence. They're all moving as one mind. And if you study that phenomenon in biology, you would think that there's a leader that everybody else is following, that it's a top-down phenomenon. But in fact, it's a bottom-up phenomenon. It's one mind, everybody's leading at the same time. Now is the time where everyone leads. We are here to literally transform the world in consciousness. This is a time in history where we have to begin to no longer die for the truth but live for the truth.⁣
⁣
I now know that if I have 70 people sitting in the front of the room wearing a heart rate monitor and I have 600 people in the rest of the room raising their energy. The people in front of the room receive this energy and it enriches their lives. How is it that 90% of them all go into heart coherence at the exact same time and the exact same day in the exact same meditation. It's because we are bound by an invisible field of energy, and that connection is called love.⁣
⁣
So then here's my question. How much of your creative energy is tied up in guilt? How much of your creative energy is tied up in shame? How much of your creative energy is tied up in insecurity of what other people think of you? How much of your creative energy is tied up in control? Because that's valuable energy that you can use to design a new destiny. And when that energy moves, the first place it moves is right into the heart, and all of a sudden you begin to connect to something greater. ❤️

Namaste,

My name is Vanessa Bestetti and I am the Founder and Director here at the Seeds of Consciousness. I am an educator, leader, free mover, truth seeker, spirit warrior... that loves to work with people, inspire, influence positivity and help people to become their authentic selves and grow as human beings.

I am passionate about learning and teaching. I have a bachelor degree in Engineering, a Master's in Project Management, a bunch of certifications and courses and am graduated in Meditation, Ancient Yoga and Access Bars in Australia.

My old self used to work in the Engineering field and I am so proud of that. But my true self has called me the last couple of years to wake up to my true mission, my soul mission. Which is to help others in their journey to self-awareness, to self-realisation. Through "Seeds of Consciousness" I want to expand the collective consciousness, help people to awaken to their true potential, contributing to restore the harmony and balance on Earth.
