Was great to get down to Pittwater Village last week and meet some of the residents.

We went through everything relating to bone density, muscle mass and resistance training, as well as balance and stability!

Need relief from your headaches?
Try these three exercises at the start and end of your day and see how much better you can feel!

Upper trapezius stretch: hold for 30 seconds, 3 times on each side. (Tip: keep your back as upright and front on as possible to increase the stretch)

Rolled towel cervical spine: lay on the towel for 1-5 minutes to help encourage the natural curve of the spine. (Tip: this is a perfect exercise to pair with some breath work or meditation)

Self release masseters: 3 sets of 10 releases
(Tip: do this before meals or when you feel like you are stressed for even more benefit)

One more week of paternity leave before I’m back in clinic!

It has been an amazing first week with our little man Alfred, but I will be back in clinic from Monday the 9th March.
I will be coming back with slightly reduced hours, to give me some more family time.

Looking forward to what this next chapter brings both at home and in clinic.
