We see this a lot. People feeling really disappointed about their egg numbers, especially after comparing themselves to others.

But honestly, after doing this for so long, one thing is very clear to us. No two fertility journeys ever look the same. They all have their unique twists and turns. Sometimes it’s going well and sometimes it can feel like it’s not.

So please remember, this is your special story, not anyone else’s. We’ll be riding the highs and lows right beside you 💪

PCOS is one of the most common causes of ovulatory infertility.

The reassuring part? For many people, there are effective options to try before IVF.

From lifestyle support to ovulation-induction medications, small changes can sometimes help restore ovulation and lead to natural conception.

Every PCOS journey is different, but there are often more pathways than you might think 💛

ICSI is more of a decision than a default 🧐

At Create Fertility, our specialists may recommend ICSI when there are factors that make fertilisation less likely to happen on its own in the lab.

Things like low s***m count or movement, abnormal s***m shape, using surgically retrieved s***m or previous IVF cycles where fertilisation didn’t occur, even with good-quality eggs.

It’s important to be clear. ICSI doesn’t guarantee success, nothing in fertility does. But especially when male fertility factors are present, it can give fertilisation the best possible chance🤞🏻

Your team of specialists and scientists will generally discuss your fertilisation method for best outcome. As always, personalised individualised care is key 🫶🏼
