Supreme Unchanging Friend - Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni 🙏
with Gen Kelsang Rabten • Sun 15 Feb

Buddha Shakyamuni, the founder of Buddhism in this world, is a supreme object of refuge whose wisdom, compassion, and skilful means guide all living beings to lasting happiness. By receiving his blessings, we come under his loving care and draw closer to his enlightened qualities.

An empowerment is a guided ta***ic meditation that connects us to the power of enlightened minds, healing our mental continuum and awakening our Buddha nature.

During this special event, Gen Kelsang Rabten will grant the Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni, followed by teachings on The Liberating Prayer.

Everyone is welcome - a rare and precious opportunity. ✨

✨ A Fresh Start: Discover the Power of Meditation ✨

The pace of modern life can leave us feeling overstimulated, distracted, and disconnected from ourselves. When our attention is constantly pulled outward, clarity and inner strength quietly fade.

This is your invitation to pause, and begin again.
Meditation helps us reclaim our mind, restore focus, and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and confidence.

In our weekly classes you’ll learn how to:
• establish a daily meditation practice for a happier life
• develop stable, healthy self-esteem
• energise and uplift your mind

Our weekly meditation classes restart this week across Melbourne and regional Victoria!

✨ Everyone is welcome - no experience needed ✨

A new year. A fresh start. A calmer, clearer mind 😊
