Honouring Service, Dedication, and Community.

We’re incredibly proud of our Director, Jeff Watters, who was recently presented with the National Medal by CFA Assistant Chief Fire Officer, Stewart Kreltszheim. This prestigious award recognises over 15 years of diligent service protecting and assisting the community in times of emergency.

Jeff has also been awarded the National Emergency Medal for his service during the 2009 Victorian Bushfires and the 2019–20 Bushfires, as well as a 20-Year Service Medal from the CFA.

We’re inspired by Jeff’s commitment to helping others, whether it’s through decades of community service or leading a business dedicated to supporting independence, safety, and mobility.

✈️ Melbourne Airport has launched Airport Assist, an Australian-first mobility hub service.

Four Mobility Hubs will open at Melbourne Airport to help travellers navigate between the airport’s car parks, check-in areas, baggage halls, and passenger pick-up and drop-off zones.
